The doctor won't take my concerns seriously. It's a struggle to get him to answer questions about things like treatment plan or interactions with the medications I am already taking. Don't bother coming if you are a woman, all your symptoms are from anxiety obviously.

I had an appointment at 12:20PM. I was there right on time. After checking in, I waited at the reception for 25 minutes. Then they called me in. I waited in the room for exactly 35 minutes, and they told me someone would come to assist me. Nobody came. Since I had another plan, I had to leave. They didn't even apologize and simply scheduled my next appointment. They could have handled it in a more professional manner.

They need to do better hiring there receptionist. It's just awful she (Susie) has such a disgusting attitude and everyone says the same about her. Please put her on janitor duties because it seems that's more up her alley! I would never come to this office the have 3 stars says a lot about the practice.

I'm having hip surgery, so my PCP wanted me to get approved for surgery by a cardiologist before he'd approve me. So he sent me here. When I got there, I noticed the lack of gloves, masks, and paper on the exam tables when they gave me an ECG. They brought me to another room to talk to the doctor. I told him why I was there, and he asked why I'm having hip surgery. I said because I have major arthritis, etc. He told me to my face I'm too fat to go into surgery, and I'm too young (50's) for hip surgery. And then went on to insult me further by saying that if I think I need hip surgery there's something wrong with me. I said because it's arthritis. That's obviously not what he meant. He said he doesn't trust that my heart is strong enough for surgery and that he wants me to do a stress test. On the day of my surgery. I said I won't be able to do that coming out of surgery. He said he wants me to do that, and have a couple echocardiagrams. Huh?!? I went to a different cardiologist. He said I should be fine. I told him this guy wanted me to do a stress test. He was surprised. He said hip surgery is no more strenuous than climbing 2 flights of stairs, so we did that. And we talked the whole time climbing stairs. He said I'm in as good shape as I need to be for surgery. DONE. Avoid Reading Cardiology!

I recently consulted with Dr. Kartik R. Kumar, MD, to address my high cholesterol levels. Dr. Kumar talked to me about what I should start doing to reduce my cholesterol levels, and I agree with his recommendations. I also like the fact that it is easy to reach the office administrative staff over the phone and email, which is certainly not the case with most other medical offices. The location is convenient for me, and so far, I have never had a problem with parking. I would recommend this office based on the above mentioned factors.
