Been seeing Dr Patil for a few years ... she is very thorough, listens to you, and does not rush appointments. I use the "PORTAL" to communicate with her. Had a "pressure / popping" in my head ... saw Dr Patil in Oct (ish) and an ENT doctor (outside of Lahey). Day prior to Thanksgiving wrote on portal an update ... (to include an episode of double vision) received a response from a nurse that "it was a cold". I replied back with a "firm response". Dr Patil called me at home in the evening before Thanksgiving. Doctors are still trying to figure it out ... but Dr Patil has been very responsive and continues to be. Would recommend if you need a new Primary Doctor.

Dr Patil is good, but I've had more than one issue with referrals that aren't entered, or not handled correctly by others in the Lahey system. I've had to follow up multiple times when I didn't hear anything back about tests and specialist visits that were supposed to be scheduled. They didn't get scheduled until I called to follow up, and at times I have had to follow up both with the specialist or lab directly, as well as call Dr. Patil's office again.

I saw the good reviews and Called in to get registered as a new patient. Guess I'll never find out. The person handling the phones is very impatient, unhelpful and rude. All he did was keep transferring me to the wrong brunch, even after they transferred me back twice. so I hung up and called afresh. This time, he put me on hold for over 30 minutes. Dude, just quit if you don't want to work
