Sturdy Health Primary Care - North Attleboro (formerly North Attleborough Medical Center)

I have had multiple visits here with my primary care physician and in the lab. Everyone is courteous, on task, and engaging. They answer questions and explain things efficiently. I haven't had to wait long at a visit here in the past 2 years. They are efficient with prescriptions and getting answers by phone, if I need that. Absolute best!

I went to my appointment today, and it was canceled because I was just 10 minutes late. The reason for my lateness was that my daughter went to school before the appointment. This is very unfair. I explained the reason for my lateness, and I've been waiting for this appointment for several days because I feel tired and can't go to this clinic again. I felt the treatment was unbecoming of a doctor's clinic.

Can we please stop leaving early so patients can get a hold of their doctor or nurse? It is incredibly frustrating that this happens so often. If it says until 5, please stay until 5. I called out of work because I am feeling symptoms I need help with, and was worried about going out without talking to my doctor. We as patients should be able to call up until the time it says. Other than that, I love the place.

You late 2 minutes on your appointment they're not let you see primary doctor, I call 3 times to get a clear explanation on why why i have received letters stating after 3 missed appointments i will no longer able to see a primary doctor. The receptionist takes my information and promised somebody will call back no one ever call. If anybody experiences the same please don't hesitate to add reviews until they arrange if you late 2,3,5 minutes you still can see your doctor. Sometimes we loose work to be at an appointment. Im not recommended this place for your health if it's important for you.

I was charged an additional $294 for answering a question the doctor asked as part of my routine physical. Doctor was 45 minutes late to the appointment, which lasted about 7 minutes. $700 bill. Also, doctor provided incorrect information regarding specialist in their own network. Doesn't even know what they're talking about. $700 bill though. When I asked for a detailed bill, this office ignored my request for over 30 days, which is illegal in MA. I'm legitimately frustrated I can't give this place 0 stars.
