Much like the other reviewer, I came from Dr. Gogjian's office before he retired. Was there a very, very long time. I agree that the office staff is not quite like Dr. Gogjian's staff. Dr. Gogjian's staff made you feel like friends and family. The front office staff is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars, otherwise it would be 5.
But I saw Dr. Garabedian today for the first time. He's a very different personality than Dr. Gogjian, but I really like the fact that he prepared for our first meeting, he listened well to me, he is very much a teacher ("this means that, I'm looking for this, the range is that", etc.). I have a feeling he will listen to feedback on the office staff. I am definitely going to stay with him. Because ultimately it's really about how good the doctor is.
EDIT (2 years later): Still 100% thrilled with Dr. Garabedian! 100%

Amazing, outstanding care that Dr. Garabedian gives. He goes above and beyond expectations by any PCP. I've been his patient for a few years, my mother for several years, as other members of my family have sworn by him forever! He really takes his time to thoroughly listen and ask all health related questions to compose the best care we've ever had. He doesn't see you as a number, he truly cares about each and every individual case. Since they just switched offices/ practices, of course it will take time for the staff to catch up on daily office procedures.
The doctors deserve not only five but ten stars!

If you are a transfer from Dr Gogjian's office understand it's not the same. This new office is ran nothing like Dr Gogjian's. Front desk people act rude and it no longer feels like they care about the individual patient. Will be looking for a new provider.
