Heart Safe

I was sitting in the parking lot a few spots down from Heart safe. I noticed a few guys making a delivery to the restaurant a few doors down. All of a sudden I hear yelling. I look out my window and it's the Dr who apparently owns or runs Heart safe. He's screaming at the delivery driving saying you always f@$&ing do this. You need to move! Ur blocking my doors. I couldn't believe it. What a piece of work that guy is. I'm glad I noticed this because it saves me the stress of dealing with him. I'll ever do business with Heart safe. If he can't respect people working he won't respect me as a patient. You clearly need help Dr. I heard every word. So people know I'm talking about the right one he's about 6ft, dark skin with black hair and a full beard. i assume he's Spanish or Indian. He was wearing all blue scrubs and drives a white Toyota SUV. I could be off on the height. I was a few doors down. I will be calling the delivery company because you were out of line. If you try this thing called RESPECT I'm sure they would have moved.

I need the doctor's approval for back surgery. Despite the Pain I'm In I have been told that I will need to wait 9 weeks before I can have the doctor's visit and even then I'm not assured that he will approve me for back surgery.

Dr was very nice, Dr's assistant was very nice during my stress test. Nana was very nice as well. However the wait times were long. We were there over 3 hours altogether. This was my third visit. This visit seemed better with the front desk staff .

Terribly unorganized! They canceled my stress test but never called back with a new appointment date like they said they would. I have called over ten times throughout the week only to get an answering service. I'm literally wondering if they're still in business or they just can't handle it. The office staff is very inexperienced and forget important things like getting prescriptions filled. Find a different cardiologist, nit worth going here !

I was referred to Dr. Mustali Dohadwala at Heart Safe in North Andover by my primary. The initial consult with physicians asst. was pleasant and thorough. The doctor himself was less pleasant and abrupt. My blood pressure was high so I was told to stop taking current BP medicine and start new one prescribed. We are now a week out and script still hasn't gone to pharmacy as they told me it would. The other problem is they do not answer the phone so I had to drive to their office to ask about script and voiced my concerns about my inability to reach the office by phone. The girl at the front desk questioned me about which option I used when I got the the voice tree. She told me the other girl was out so she would talk to her when she came in next week as today is Friday. I had two follow up appointments scheduled but canceled and will seek a new heart "specialist " Be careful if you desire open and reasonable communication. This office does not answer calls or follow through with very necessary pharmacy prescriptions.
