The man needs to retire! Horrible customer service. Give yourself 3 hours for a scheduled appointment. He refuses to call in prescriptions and therefore you have to wait in his office for an hour until he's good and ready to come out and sign it.

Dr. Chakraborty saved my fathers life and has been our entire family doctor ever since, about 25 years. Is there a long wait time, sometimes yes, is he extremely busy and sometimes called in for emergencies, yes, however he is the best of the best. And in my opinion, waiting for the best of the best is fine by me, I plan it into my day. This doctor tells it like it is, he is direct and honest, if that is not what you are looking for then go somewhere else who will be fluffy and unclear.

Dr. Chakraborty has been the PCP for everyone in my family, we trust him and really happy with him! He has great front desk service. It is super easy to schedule an appointment with him. After my original PCP rescheduled my annual exam, and telling me the earliest appointment available is 6 months later, I turned to Dr. Chakraborty. Originally I was concerned because I saw there a many low score reviews on google, but it turned out to be I made a great choice for myself. He is a great doctor with a lot of experience, can provide trusted advice and diagnosis. The wait time can vary from a few minutes to tens minutes, depends on how busy of the day, but you can always check with the front desk and schedule a less busy time. He is very experienced doctor, great at his work. He helped my family member with a critical health condition, helped us find the right treatment in a timely manner. We did not take the symptom seriously at the beginning, but with Dr. Chakraborty's investigation, we were referred for further treatment. The treatment was very successful, and this is life saving. Without Dr. Chakraborty's exam, we won't seek for the treatment in time and result will be very serious. He is very responsive when the condition is urgent. For myself, I did not get a return call from him for my annual blood work result, and I called back and spoke to the front desk and everything is normal. A plus is, when referring, he always help you check whether the doctor is in your insurance's network. This is very convenient for the patient.

This is worst doctor i have ever been too. They took physical exam including blood. For 3 weeks i never got a call from them if the results were back. When i called, they said the results were back and the doctor is yet to look at it. I kept calling every week for the next 3 weeks but got the same answer. I asked the nurse if she can tell me if the results were okay, she said she can't discuss until the doctor looks at it. Hence almost after 1.5 months, i called again and the nurse finally said that the results were fine but said nothing was wrong so doctor does not need to discuss anything. Of course I changed my PCP after and then i showed the results to my new PCP. She look at the report and said that I required to get on some medicines immediately. One of my friend had the exact same issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR AT ALL! IT will only make your health miserable.

Unbeluevable, his way of doing service is horrible. Script is due on a Friday, so he will sign it by 5PM that day. So you cannot get the actual script until Monday. Unless you have a few hours to goto the office and wait for him to take time in-between patients to sign it. Plus he did not get tests done to me when he was called from the ER when I was there for my back. Now almost 3 months later getting surgery done. Which he never checked me for, never referred me to anyone, just did absolutely nothing. Do not ever consider this man for your primary. All the time waiting for the 10 minutes of his time. Go see a real doctor who is up with the times and considerate, empathetic, and considers your health and wellness.
