Dr. Juknelis is a caring and attentive physician. He listens carefully to his patients and encourages open discussion so you feel like a true partner in your own care. What sets him apart is that he doesn't rush to quick fixes--he focuses on finding the root cause of the problem, which makes his treatment much more effective. The only drawback is his front office staff, who appear to be rude or curt and unwelcoming at times. There have been delays in processing and sending prescriptions to the pharmacy, unnecessarily hindering timely access to necessary medications. Additionally, communication regarding tests done during visits is poor, often involving late or inconvenient emails rather than prompt, clear updates. That said, I find Dr. Juknelis to be outstanding and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.
