David Criss, MD

Dr Criss is a great Doctor. He saved my life 4 years ago. I was having a stroke he jumped in and took very good care of me and now I am feeling great. Can't say enough good about DR. Criss and his staff.

Rude dropped my wife who has been going there for years he won't take United health care anymore and never sent a courtesy letter. His ego is to big he was not always a cardiologist his father was a very nice man David Criss is to big for his own good I never liked him

They are very good taking off your money and making you waste your time. Takes me more time going into a car wash in an empty day that goes through these people. They charge like if they know and like if they really help. 1 star is tooooo much for them.

If you are a patient of Dr. Criss you have not only a great Doctor, but a person that cares about your outcome. You become his priority. His Staff have always been very helpful and pleasant in assisting.

Worst customer assistance imaginable. Lady who answered the phone was by far the rudest person I have ever interacted with in the health care field. She literally hung up on me mid sentence while I was asking about potential primary care providers, I'm guessing because it was 10 minutes before closing. She flat out told me to have a nice day and hung up when I was mid sentence. Both my newly expecting wife and our two children are patients in the Melrose Wakefield network specifically the 50 Rowe Street location but we will now be changing. Judging by the other reviews and my experience no changes have been made to better assist patients or potential patients at this location. Inexcusable.
