After having had primary care doctors that would see me for 10 minutes and do nothing more than suggest I take the latest flu shot, I met Dr. Hayes. Dr. Hayes helped me go from pre-diabetic to normal. My blood work is now perfect. He can be reached by text messages and by email. He is knowledgeable and cares deeply about his patients. Most of all, he is not 'owned' by the insurance companies and drug companies. He can give you a well researched and honest opinion that is not based on pressure from any group but on sound research. I highly, highly recommend him and his practice.

I can not say enough about Dr Hayes and his practice. Direct primary care is really the way to go in this day and age. He listens attentively to his patients concerns and deeply cares for their well being. I have had many Dr's dismiss health concerns that Dr Hayes either addressed immediately in our first visit or soon after. All of his staff are amazing and just as caring and attentive to the patient needs. May I believe shy away from direct primary care because you pay a monthly memebership but it truly is worth it for YOUR HEALTH. And you can still use your insurance for prescriptions and X-rays , scans things like that. Dr Hayes practice is filling up fast so don't hesitate to reach out to him, it will be the best decision you make and begin 2026 in better health.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hayes for a little more than a year. I avoided going to the doctors for years because I hated the whole experience. Dr. Hayes and his staff are wonderful. If I'm sick I can get an appointment the same day with a doctor. There is no to very little waiting time for your appointment. Dr. Hayes is very caring, patient and kind. He listens to your concerns and takes the time to explain things to you. The whole office feels very relaxed. I no longer have anxiety when I have an appointment with Dr. Hayes, nor do I dread going there. He is the nicest doctor I've ever seen! I highly recommend this practice.

I have recently become a patient and I have utmost respect for Dr Hayes. He is one of the most knowledgeable and empathetic doctors I've met, as are his wonderful staff. I feel very fortunate to be a patient in this amazing practice.

To make a long story short, I was not happy with the PC. I've been dealing with for years. I heard about Dr. Hayes on WATD and decided to give him a try. After discovering issues with kidney and on the verge of diabetes, Dr. Hayes Changed my life. With Dr. Hayes's direction I no longer have kidney issues and are no longer prediabetic.
