Charles River Medical Associates: Jose Flores-Cardillo, M.D.

This is my first time meeting Dr. Jose Flores-Cardillo, since I left my pcp recently. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The care I received from Dr. Flores was exceptional. He listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the Charles River Medical Center at this location displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I can't recommend Dr. Flores-Cadillo enough - he is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring and compassionate. I felt completely comfortable and respected throughout my visit with Dr. Flores-Cadillo, which made a big difference for me compared to my previous experience with pcp. I took both of my elderly parents, who were patients of Dr. Flores, to their appointments with him. He always provided quality care and had a terrific bedside manner. When my GP retired, it was a no-brainer for me to transfer my records to him. He's been my primary care for well over ten years and I have nothing but good to say about him. I'd also point out that he is nearly always on time for his appointments and is office staff is incredibly efficient and professional, too. Simple put, he's a great Doc.

I have seen Dr. Flores for many years and he has the unique gift of being very knowledgeable and yet very personable. He follows up personally and takes a real interest in his patients and uses his knowledge of your history to make informed decisions. He is just an excellent clinician with a wonderful manner that instills confidence in the care you receive. Wonderful doctor.

It's important to have a primary care physician like Dr. Flores-Cardillo, who has an exceptional team that takes care of both administrative and medical tasks. The team goes the extra mile to ensure that their patients are well taken care of. Scheduling appointments is never a problem, and the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I have been a patient of Dr. Flores for 5 years now. He has a great bedside manner and is always willing to go through several different diagnostic procedures to help the patient figure out any issues they are having. As someone who likes being able to see the 'why' of what is happening to them when they are ill, Dr. Flores does a good job explaining things to the patient. I have stuck with Dr. Flores despite moving an hour away from his office in Marlborough, and highly recommend him!
