Had a medical issue arise on a Sunday. Doctor on call was quick to respond and immediately got everything prepared for Monday morning. Monday morning the office called me immediately, scheduled my visit later that day with NP Alisha Patel (excellent), and within 2hrs had the tests and results from blood, urine and CT scan. Thanks to Dr. Tushar Patel (PCP) and his excellent team.

I would not recommend Riverside medical group at all. They run the office like a business and do not care about the patients. They call me in for a med check up out of the blue and let me go cold turkey off of my medication and then treated me like a druggie off the street they took over when my doctor died. George Masako's. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Worst healthcare I ever received.

Trying to get a simple prescription approval here is a disaster. Their quoted 24-48 hours is not accurate at all. They'll put you on hold, hang up on you, transfer you to lines that go straight to voicemail and never return your calls. Good luck scheduling an appointment. I booked an appointment a year in advance and then was told it was never actually scheduled and now they want me to wait 3 months for an appointment?

I have dealt with a number of the staff at the Lowell Offices as well as the Dracut offices for over 12 years now and I have never had any problems. The doctors are friendly and take their time with you when you have any concerns. The NPs have also been very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Medical assistants always greet me with a smile. Even when Covid/Flu is/was at it's peak, they still provided stellar care. I am extremely pleased with this office and have no intention of leaving. Trust me when I say, if you're looking for an excellent healthcare that cares about YOU and not just a number, this is the practice for you.

Riverside medical group Has always been very accommodating with appointments and/or changes and following up promptly with testing results. The office staff is always pleasant to talk to. The entire practice of physicians is great although personally I feel Dr. Miniati is one of their best providers, as she is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough in comparison to other practices in the area. If they are accepting new patients and you were looking for a new primary care provider you will not be disappointed in your choice to join this practice.
