For years, I've struggled to find a PCP for my family. Every provider I tried seemed to fall short of what the standard of care should be. This practice was a completely different experience. From the start, their new patient process was excellent. I completed a survey to help match my family with the right provider, communication was great, and the appointment was scheduled quickly. The check-in process was smooth, and once brought back, the staff carefully reviewed my chart and corrected multiple errors left by my previous PCP. Meeting Emily was the highlight. She was exceptional--never rushed, genuinely attentive, and actually reviewed my lab history. She ordered tests tailored specifically to me, addressed some concerns right away, and scheduled follow-ups for others so nothing was overlooked. She was kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. Lab work was done right on site (Lindsey was AMAZING), weight management services are available on site, the location is perfect, and the entire staff was pleasant and personable. Messages through the patient portal were answered promptly, which I truly appreciate. Overall, the care and service were outstanding--exactly how healthcare should be. I'm so happy we found this team and would absolutely recommend them.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom. Tarina, PA-C, is absolutely fantastic. She and her team are so kind, warm, and welcoming. They truly listen to my mom, make her feel comfortable, and work with both of us to ensure the very best care and outcomes. Tarina really knows her stuff, she is incredibly knowledgeable, a true healer, and someone I completely trust with my mom's care. 10 stars for Tarina!

As a long time Mill City Medical patient, their dedication to the health and wellness has never wavered. After a recent health emergency, post follow up with PA-C, Lee Yergeau, and the nursing team, determined additional care, treatment and support while listening to my issues. The Mill City Team and Lee have always provided exceptional healthcare of which I am grateful during this post healthcare period!

Dr Matthew Savory at Mill City Medical has been my PCP for 25+ years. He's very competent, has a great demeanor and is really on-his-game. I've been very happy with him over the years and would recommend him.

Hailey is an excellent provider! She took her time, was attentive while I spoke, and then typed it into the computer. That is huge to me. She went above and beyond at my physical, I will continue to book with Hailey! Live Mill City as an office also, very pleasant and everyone from the woman at the front desk, to my nurse who brought me in, they're all great!
