I love this group of pedis! They are educational, they care about your child and any questions you have, they make me feel secure calling even if it's a silly question. Call backs are in a timely manner. I never wait in the waiting room. Open 7 days a week is very convenient!

I was a patient here for years before they sent me a letter saying that I was no longer able to be treated when I was 22. Okay fair, I was no longer a child. Now I'm struggling to get a new primary care, I'm pregnant and trying to get set up with new doctors. They called me saying that my new doctor had reached out to them for my medical records and the receptionist told me that I have to pay something like 50$ to release my medical records. That should be illegal and they should be ashamed that they threw me out without giving me any information on how to get a new primary care and that they are keeping a pregnant woman from accessing care as doctors are refusing to treat me without my medical records.

Brought my daughter in for cold symptoms. Low medical decision making visit , nothing prescribed. They did flu/covid/strep. The entire visit was billed to my insurance for $830, $300 for the flu swab alone, $110 for Covid. Had both of those tests done at an urgent care for half the price. I ended up with a $300+ after insurance. For a quick sick visit. They said they charge "children's hospital prices" and there was nothing they could do. Switching to a different practice now.

Why do you guys say your open till 630pm when you put your calls to the answer service before then its 6pm and im trying to make appointment for tomorrow. Also your answering services hung up on me.
