I was sent here by my rheumatologist to treat my chronic fatigue syndrome with stimulants while under the care of an actual phycologist and doing therapy to ensure that I don't go a little coo-coo...the phycologist prescribed me Straterra, which made me go absolutely insane and I had to stop it (like an actual emergency) and then tried to prescribe me something that would make me more tired. I told her that's the opposite of why I'm there and she told me that she can't treat my chronic fatigue and was unwilling to prescribe me anything that would wake me up because I'm not diagnosed with ADHD. I asked her what she was treating if not my chronic fatigue syndrome and she told me "depression" and went on to tell me how I'm so horribly depressed. I'm not. I'm overwhelmed, exhausted and honestly fed up. She basically wasted my time for 2 months and used me as a guinea pig, prescribing me medications that won't help with what I came to her for. Also, the therapy side of things...bullshit. I had an appointment for Friday at 2:00 for 4 weeks in a row. Every week I was called and told she called out of work sick. I've been a patient there for 9 weeks and still haven't had my very first therapy appointment. I won't be going back for any kind of treatment. These people suck.

I had been assigned a counselor named Emily. We spoke 1 time for an intake, the second session was 15 minutes, the third session she called and said my insurance wasn't valid(which it was) and the last time she called she hung up on me once and called back and said she had another call, then hung up on me again and never called me back. I called the office to speak with a supervisor twice and was never called back to resolve the issue. I was going through a difficult divorce, not in a good place, but no one there cared about my mental health. If your depressed and need counseling don't rely on this facility. Unprofessional and unsafe!

I went in for an intake to receive psychiatric medication management. I was told that I would be contacted within a week for an appointment. As of the writing of this review, it has been nine weeks and still no call. I have reached out several times just to be told the message would be passed along. This place has horrible communication skills, and lack professionalism. It takes a lot for people to reach out in regards to mental health. Why are you here if you avoid helping people that are in need?

I'm so disappointed - problem after problem with the office staff starting from first meeting with my therapist who never showed because her daughter gave birth so she called out unexpectedly which was fantastic but the office staff neglected to tell me for an hour. No fault of Denise (my therapist). I checked in and got seated. I'm a nervous, anxiety ridden, chronic pain patient but I sat there watching people go in and out smiling with Noone calling my name. I figured she must be behind but of course after a while I mustered my strength to go up to the front desk. It took them 15 more mins to finally tell me 'Oops shes mot coming'. Just awful. Denise is a good therapist prob the best one I've had so I want to keep her. She called me once - I had forgotten about the appt - we do it over the phone now- but we had our session. She called me next time and I had forgotten AGAIN and was in the middle of a family mess so couldn't do appt. The next appt I did cancel 2 hours before because the cancer Dr called to alert me my images were problematic so I Needed additional imaging. I was beside myself but of course agreed so I called Community Health Link to cancel my same day appt and was told Denise schedules her own appts (I don't blame her) so they will give her the message after I explained I have to go to my Dr.s office now. I have the phone receipt saying displaying i was on the phone with the office for over 4 mins. I didn't receive a call back from Denise so I called back today and spoke to Teri who was rude, couldn't find me in the system and tried to hang up by saying could I be calling wrong place though I've been a patient there for most of this year all because I go by a different first name - 3 identifiers were present - last name, address, phone number she could have confirmed along with my therapist/physiatrist I see here but why do that when you can make a behavioral Health patient sad and frustrated. She went on to say i was a no show and they had no record of me calling Monday. She was only interested in passive aggressive comments and sighing loudly in my ear. I tried to be professional in standing up for myself against this miserable worker and usually I say nothing but this time really bothered me. I just wanted to get in touch with Denise not have backhanded robotic comments and sighing from a below par receptionist as I refused to let her put me down. Inefficient and argumentative office staff but caring therapist. Poorly done job Teri. Zachary ****Update**** Vanessa from Denise's office called and was so kind and prompt in rescheduling me. Thank you Vanessa! Great customer service. *** 3/2025 My therapist Denise turned out to be the best therapist ive ever had - knowledgable, full of ideas, and genuinely listens. She has since left the practice which sent me spiraling, but the practice is trying their best to pair me with someone.

The staff at the front are rude and disrespectful. I called twice to reschedule an appointment and they tell me I'm not a patient anymore. What? The day before someone from CHL called and left a voicemail to schedule a meeting. Also every time I come in I don't feel respected or welcome. Doctors are very good but front staff leaves less than to be desired.
