The doctor I saw was fine, but one of the staff lied to me several times regarding my referral and my prior authorization. I will not return to this office. This particular staff memeber needs to be retrained. She even insisted I would get a call back on Thanksgiving! I highly doubt that!
Had an appointmentment with Dr. Kvartenek. Was prescribed a statin after telling him I was unable to take statins. Now, having all kinds of health issues. Called him yesterday & still no return call. Not doing well at all. Might call him one last time.
