INCREDIBLE RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL.Left waiting for 45 minutes and told I was never checked in even though gave my information at front desk etc. . Ultrasound tech told me how my ultrasound appeared and then said the sonographer will review. Received the report and sonographer stated nothing found. Completely contradicts what technician (Desiree said) Spoke with my Doctor Who ordered the Test explained what happened. Nobody's in the office for another four days so I decided to call this facility. In a very nice and calm manner I tried to explain to the lady who answered the phone who said her name was Kelsey, but she was very hostile and rude tone. Extremely and beyond unprofessional. I wish that I had recorded this call because I was completely shocked and appalled. I asked for her supervisor and she said as she put the phone down why do I keep getting these type of calls, and then said I guess the supervisor is Suzanne McDonald. I said to her that I was speaking to her in a nice way and not sure if she was having a bad day but I didn't understand why she was so hostile with me. I told her I simply wanted to know why the ultrasound tech said I had XYNZ but yet the sonographer said there was nothing. She kept repeating herself and told me that I could not speak with anybody and ask them any questions and it was up to my doctor to deal with it. I asked if she can ask a question for me instead and she put me on hold without even saying she was putting me on hold and comes back and says I already spoke to her and she said you need to talk to your doctor you have a visit scheduled in March. I told her that I never said to go ask any questions but that I wanted to know if it was possible to get a question asked. I understand I may not be allowed to speak with them myself but it didn't make sense to me. she kept saying that I did tell her to go ask over and over but from the very beginning when I tried to talk to her about why I was calling she just kept saying what's your date of birth what are you calling about. . As if, I was bothering her, that I was trying to ask a nice question. Didn't care to even listen or hear me when I spoke only rushed me and cut me off . And then I said I'm sorry but every time I was talking you cut me off and I still haven't explained to you what happened. She just spoke over me and kept saying date of birth, date of birth. I am the type of person that have worked with people for close to 35 years. I cannot believe what just happened and I quickly came to write this review. I understand that sometimes people deal with other bad people and that's why they take their anger out on you. But this was completely unprovoked and uncalled for and the most unprofessional situation I have experienced. This woman now has my information available to her. I do not trust this place and I have already told my doctor about this place. I will never step foot in this place ever again. Unrelated to this situation but I had also called for two weeks leaving voicemails asking if I can get seen earlier. When a woman called me the day before my appointment to confirm my appointment she did not understand that I asked if my appointment would possibly be canceled due to the bad weather we were going to have. I repeated it several times and she was getting aggravated because she didn't understand me. When I said I left voicemails for two weeks all she said was OK. I asked what time would I be getting a call if my appointment would be canceled because of the weather and she said I don't know. So I asked if I can get seen a day earlier And she said OK. This was the same lady that once I checked in told me that she was the one I spoke with on the phone. She said it in a way to make me realize that it was her. This was also the same lady that somehow "I don't know what happened" did not check me in or let the US tech know. She left me waiting there the entire time. As I was leaving, she came around the corner and said sorry about that I don't know what happened. I am almost positive she did that to me on purpose.
