STAY AWAY from this practice! They assigned me Dr. Erin Maxfield. I scheduled for an annual physical. I waited 45 minutes (60 minutes if you include the 15 minutes extra time I allotted myself to fill out paperwork) to be seen for maybe 15 minutes where all the Dr. did was listened to my lungs, didn't even check my reflexes or look down my throat or anything! I asked about getting a pap or have my arthritis mucous cysts looked at and was told to go back to my GYN for the pap and my Orthopedic specialist for the cysts. She didn't even want to look at them and then I was charged for a diagnostic visit (not covered by my insurance) instead of an annual physical (covered 100% by my insurance)! Tried to dispute it and it was her word against mine!

I'm a new mom . I got two wonderful little boys ozzy Reed and Gunnar dean. Gunnar is my first and ozzy my second. I am a very sensitive mom and I have a very hard time trusting people with my kids other than family and I have a VERY tough time with my babies having to get shots of any kind . I'm just a very sensitive mother. My kids see dr cooper . And he's not only a very caring professional dr he's very understanding and fantastic with my kids . He goes above and beyond with every single appointment with my kids but he's also extremely knowledgeable with any questions I have had with my kids. I trust him 100 percent with my children's care and I think I'm a lucky mom to have found a dr like dr cooper . He's extremely welcoming and even lets my mother come with me to help with the kids cause it's getting hard having one in a car seat and one running around. He lets me ask questions about anything and has lots of patience for me when I'm nervous about certain shots. Hes a wonderful dr and I'll go out of my way to make sure my kids see him always . I'd like to add that the staff is also very caring and very kind . They go out of there way to make sure all needs have been met and are so kind to me and my boys . This is by far the best practice I've had the pleasure of taking my kids to and if I could give more stars I would have !

I wish we could do negative stars. This practice has gone way down hill.
