Best Dr around hands down ! Office staff is another story altogether. Not all, only the 2 women in the front. Them girls are lazy, don't answer phones, are rude to everyone, condescending when talking to patients. Christine, is Dr Diago's right hand. That poor girl does everything but see patience. She picks up a lot of slack in that office. Not from the doctor but from the front of the house staff. Thank God he recently moved. And he's bringing Christine with him. Smart man ! When I say this doctor changed my life. I'm not playing. Took me 53 years to find a doctor like him. Dr D & his office manager Christine, what a power team. I'm so grateful for having them.

Great doctor. HORRIBLE office staff. Don't waste your time. They won't answer your calls or call you back. So if you need to get in touch with a provider I wouldn't use him because you'll never get in touch. Also does not have a MyChart so if you need to refer back for information you won't have it. Will be looking for a new provider solely off of his office staff which is a shame for a great doctor.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The office staff here were horrible to my mother. They never answer the phone; they never call back. If she did ever get a chance to speak to them, they were very rude. She was on a specific medication for decades due to a chronic pain disease she suffers from. She notified the office multiple times (well ahead of time!) that she needed a refill, and they didn't respond. She left messages -- no response. She called the emergency line over the weekend and asked to have the doctor paged/contacted -- no response. Honestly, she could have sued for malpractice. She was violently ill and in a lot of pain due to this office's lack of professionalism and common courtesy. Look at all of the negative reviews here, indicating this is NOT the place to go. Stay far away!

Always an Excellent Appointment! Dr. D is Very Knowledgeable, explains well, very concerned, Listens well, seems to Love being a Doctor and even a bit of Humor included..

A great provider and very thorough with his patients. Unfortunately his office staff are rude and condescending. The office does not answer calls and may or may not choose to call you back. You have to call repeatedly for any paperwork or referrals. This is not a place for elderly or disabled patients who cannot advocate for themselves. Dr. Diogo should hire more professional staff.
