I have been trying to make an appointment as a new patient for my husband for 3 weeks now . Everytime I call the same guy answers and he transfers me to billing who makes the appointments . She never answers or calls back. Every time I call back again he says the billing person will pick up to make the appointment .... Shocker they don't. I have left 3 messages now and no call back. This was a pcp that was assigned by his insurance we just called and changed doctors who answered first time calling.

If I could give 0 's I would. I'm sorry, but I honestly have no idea how this woman ever got her medical degree. The appt's take SOOO LONG because she CONSTANTLY repeats herself, for no reason. I've told her... Yes, I get it, I heard you the first 4 times you told me. Yet, the REALLY IMPORTANT things she should tell you, she DOESN'T!!! Like the fact that I CANNOT get a normal TB test because I've had Active TB. So what the hell is it that you injected into my arm??? Seriously, completely incompetent!!!

You can never get through to anyone on the phone. My pharmacy has to wait days to get an ok to refill meds. I've been trying to get a rescheduled appt for my husband for over a week, left 6 messages...no response. I wish my husband would let me change doctors for him. Frustrating!!!!

Ive been a patient of Dr Cardoza's for a few years. She's a good doctor who genuinely listens to any health concerns you have. She is very thorough and sometimes over tests to rule out very serious conditions, which I guess is better than a doctor who doesn't rule out any and all possibities. She's quick to send you to specialists if she feels you have any type of chronic condition. The fact that she is a great doctor is the only reason I continue to see her because some improvements need to be made in regards to how the office is run. However, the staff is very courteous and always very friendly. The staff in the actual office have great customer service skills. However, they don't always return phone calls, you need to keep calling until you actually talk to someone. When you make an appointment be prepared to be there for several hours. It's usually a ridiculously long wait to be seen, they tend to overbook constantly. If your seriously I'll and trying to avoid an emergency room visit, it's almost impossible to get a same day appointment, and if you actually get a same day appointment you are going to end up in that waiting room for at least 3-4 hours, not including the wait time once your actually in the room. I would've given 5 stars just because she is great doctor, but as I stated some improvements need to be made.

Absolutely horrible. The first and only time I saw her, I had to wait nearly 2 hrs. Since then, I've called the office numerous times leaving a vmail and a message with the answering service stating I'm having trouble with my legs. No one EVER returned the call. I've called numerous other times and the other dr's office answers patching me over to her office but it rings forever (stayed on for 5 mins ringing). Another time, I was #1 in the queue, it then started to ring and I thought, FINALLY. NOPE! It rang and rang and rang. I finally hung up and called back. The message now said, "We're sorry, we're closed." SERIOUSLY! This is the WORST "care" shown a patient merely trying to MAKE an appointment. Stay clear!!
