Staff is rude and unhelpful. Also if the nurse asks you any questions when you 1st sit down and you respond, they seem to be able to charge you for more than an annual physical, even though you didn't initiate the conversation.

Went to get lab work, door was unlocked but lights off and no one was in there, it seemed closed. Eventually the one guy there drew my blood and barely said 2 words to me, a month goes by and I hear nothing about these pretty important test results that determine whether my meds are working since the thyroidectomy I had due to cancer being found. I called and they had no record of the test results. And then I show up for my appt with my PCP and they claimed that I had left a voicemail the day before to cancel my appointment, which I definitely did not do. Jen berated me over the phone saying she heard my voice on the voicemail herself and accused me of pretending I had never called to cancel. Immediately left the practice and will tell everyone not to go here lol

The office staff for dr Kohler dr gross dr Murphy really don't seem to have their act together. There's always some type of problem, extremely rude over the phone. I understand you have alot of people on que, but to be rude and condescending to someone who is just asking for help, makes me think they don't care about anyone's individual needs, and just try to rush you off the phone so they can eat food.
I tried to be a new patient and had a problem with my insurance. The lady I spoke with told me to figure it out myself. I went to a different location and they figured out why my insurance isn't showing eligible. Everytime I call since my husband is a patient, the person answering the phone is curt and can't wait to get me off. Front staff experience definitely needs improvement.
