Circle Health - Dracut

I had gone in for a appointment yesterday, and I had brought my daughter with me due to us having errands to run afterwards and I wasn't going to make her wait in the car it was obviously hot. I had gone into my office and asked if my daughter could come into the room with my also and could leave one the doctor came in they had said yes,.. so I got my blood pressure done and off to my room I went accompanied by my daughter because normally I sit in the room for over 20 minutes and it's gets boring.. two minutes into being in the room my daughter had to use the restroom so she gets up and leaves the room, she never ended up coming back so after my appointment was over she had told me when she left the room there was (I'm assuming they were nurses) two females giggling not to far from our door saying my daughter must have "attachment issues." Which is bizarre to both of us and I think was very unprofessional!!

They don't care about the patient AT ALL. My husband had pain in his hand and also severe stomachache but they said everyone should stand in the line that was for the people who wanted to get tested for their flights. After we passed that stage, we entered the clinic but they did not tell us how long this waiting lasts and now it is 3.5 hours that we are waiting (just inside the clinic) and they still say there are people in front of you but there is NOBODY. They just laugh and talk but no work. We are starving and having pain. I don't know who these people are!!!

After over ten years as a patient, I've decided to switch my OBGYN. Unfortunately, Dr. Domingo doesn't seem to take patient concerns seriously or investigate the root cause of health issues. I first saw her in November for an absent period. She quickly prescribed progesterone without any further testing. When I returned in April because my period still hadn't returned, she once again offered progesterone without addressing the underlying issue. I specifically asked for testing and an ultrasound to explore whether I might have PCOS. She became visibly flustered and abruptly said, "Yes, you do have PCOS because you haven't had your period." Then she added, "If you want to be fertile or get your period, take the progesterone I prescribe." Fertility is not my only concern--I want to understand and manage my hormones so I can take care of my overall health, including my weight and other PCOS-related symptoms. Instead of listening, she repeatedly talked over me and launched into a basic explanation about how the uterus builds lining and sheds during a period, completely dismissing what I was saying. I don't believe a quick prescription should be the default solution, especially when a patient is asking for deeper investigation. I'm very disappointed in how I was treated and no longer feel comfortable under her care. Patients deserve to be heard--not rushed, dismissed, or lectured.

Should probably update your online hours to match the correct hours of urgent care and your lab considering you are a healthcare establishment.

I went to Circle Health today for lab tests. The guy checking people in had an awesome attitude, very helpful and friendly! I had an equally good experience with the tech who drew my blood. She was very efficient. She had everything done in a very short amount time. Totally painless, I didn't even bleed a tiny bit after --she really knows her stuff! 3/10/25 Another visit for a lab draw. Super happy to see their star employee there early this morning. She accurately whizzes through all the computer stuff, then proceeds to collect my blood specimen without any discomfort or bruising. She's the model of efficiency!
