Dr. Lily Wong is an horrible PCP. She yelled at me for removing my mask to show her a skin problem that was covered by my mask. That was the only reason I was there. Why not at the minimum observe the problem I am there for? Instead she just passed me off without ever evaluating me. THEN, she refused to comply with a state program that requested her input as my PCP. She is rude, unprofessional, and untrained. Her NPs are incredible, it is a shame they have to work under such an incompetent person
