Whoever the female is behind the front desk, she needs a reality check. She's extremely rude. The poor guy checking me in was doing his job and she just kept intervening for no reason. I was caught off guard about an updated copay amount due to insurance changing and asked if I could call to pay it with a different card and she was adamant about me not doing that and made it seem that I wouldn't be able to have my appointment if they didn't get my copay that very second. How she presented herself was very rude.

Made an appointment for a stress test, was called the day of the appointment saying they couldn't support it. The next available appointment was 3 weeks later and since I wasn't available that specific day, I would have to wait two months to be rescheduled.

I am fairly new to the practice. What I have experienced so far has been very, very good. The doctors with whom I've dealt are knowledgeable, attentive, thorough and inquisitive. The check-in and check-out processes are quick and easy, and the people working those positions show caring and empathy. All in all, it's been a very positive experience and I would highly recommend.

I arrived to my appointment on-time for an imaging test which was to be followed by a second test. First test great. Then, after waiting 45-minutes, double-masked, in an enclosed waiting area for the second test, I finally asked if they had forgotten I was there. First I was told I arrived too early. Then I was told my imaging test had been completed faster than expected. Then I was told that the tech "always runs late". At no point did anyone tell me that you were running behind. If the tech's productivity is a known problem, why haven't you fixed it? Why wouldn't you have patients wait in their cars, or in a space with ventilation as a basic safety measure---particularly given the current state of Covid? Your receptionist told me they had no idea how long the wait would be. I was told I could just wait... or reschedule for later in the day. Thanks but no thanks, I'll find another provider. As a patient advocate for the American College of Radiology Patient and Family Experience of Care Commission, and as a former consultant for hospitals and health systems hoping to optimize patient experience, I think you should think about how you can adjust your work flows to optimize the quality and safety needs of patients, and the patient experience as you describe it on your website. The system won't allow me to give 0 stars - so I'll rate you 1 star for the really great sonogram tech.

Called three times this year to make an appt (new patient) and no one answers. You leave a message and no one calls you back. I have to agree here with the other negative comments. The reception of any doctors offices says a lot about the doctors themselves. If reception doesn't care to call back a person who is having heart trouble, the doctor must not care about their patients.
