Erin W. from cardiology department (Scheduler) is rude and has 0 desire to help patients. She gives you answers as (Oh well, Not my problem) it really is sad to have this type of people working for such an important hospital and department. She needs to be re-educated and have better manners.
The lack of availability for appointments here is abysmal.
It is a Monday and I was just on hold to try and make an appointment from 3pm to 5pm and still nobody answered. Gave up.
Just had the most fabulous experience here. Everyone was very personable and excellent at preparing me for any procedures. As a medical professional myself I can definitely recommend BMC for excellent care.
I was at the podiatrist today. I do also go to the cardiologist in the same building. The comments I made are applicable to both sites.
