Dr. Tapasya Srivastava, MD

Wonderful experience. From calling to set up appointment to meeting with the doctor. Every step of the way the office staff is helpful, friendly and efficient. The office and building is always immaculate. Dr Srivastava is the finest doctor I've ever been to. She is incredibly smart, attentive, kind, warm and compassionate. Meeting with her feels like going to a small, private practice.

Dr. Srivistava is wonderful! She always listens to me, takes me seriously, is very knowledgeable, and does whatever she can to help. I'm very glad to have her as my PCP!

(I posted the following review in 2019. My relationship with Dr. Srivastava and staff has been excellent during the 3 years since my first visit.) I visited the Andover adult primary care unit as a new patient after 35 years of traveling to my now retired PCP at Mass General from my Andover home. Staff was prompt and professional, and there was adequate parking and no waiting. New facility is very nice. Most importantly, I was very satisfied with the skill and care delivered pleasantly and professionally by Dr. Srivastava. She spent the right amount of time with me, repeatedly asking me if I had any other concerns, making sure we covered age, gender and family history-related preventive testing and vaccinations appropriate for me as a 65 year old male. It was all made easier by Pentucket's access to my Mass General electronic medical records.

Dr. Srivastava has an incredible bedside manner. She speaks to the point and explains things clearly. Most importantly, she truly listens when you express concerns. I continue to recommend her to everyone I know.

First appointment doctor appears knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for my well being. 2nd yearly exam doctor walks into my appointment with reviewing my chart at all and can't answer my questions. The office ignored my first request for a referral then referred me to the wrong place. Incompetence at its best.
