Unfortunately, it is necessary to post a highly negative review of this practice. Dr. Santiago ignored my life threatening side effects of 2 medications for a period of 10 years. The office staff were highly unprofessional and she has no idea how to manage blood pressure medication or referrals. They refused to use the Patient Gateway for years. It harmed me and has taken over a year to get a new PCP through MGH and B&W. The most offensive part about this office is that she and her staff completely refuse to take ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR PART. I do not recommend this office.

Dr Santiago is my new primary care physician, and my first impression of her is excellent. She had studied my medical history before our first appointment, and she was thorough in going over it, examining me, and probing for any concerns. She's knowledgeable, attentive, efficient without being rushed. I'm very happy to have her as my doctor. Updating June 24, 2025. My husband and I have had Dr Santiago as our PCP for a year and a half now, and she has been consistently great. She also has an excellent team of PAs and nurses, so we can always see either her or a team member on short notice if needed. They are great with follow ups and with referrals as needed, and having all the info about all visits, recommendations, etc on the Patient Portal is wonderful. By now we have almost all providers who are part of Cooley Dickinson/ MGB. So all our care is well coordinated. We know we are in excellent hands, getting good care from professionals who care.

The best doctor around. I feel very lucky that she's someone that listens to her patients.

Dr. Santiago represents the best that health care has to offer. She is an exceptionally talented physician, who carefully listens and takes as much time as she needs with each patient. Even if little can be done about the physical problem, Dr. Santiago has a way of making you feel better anyway. She's brilliant!

Highly competent medically and truly listens (a rarity among some medical professionals) and cares about her patients. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her after my previous primary care doctor retired.
