I have finally found a doctors office that I feel comfortable in. I see Marissa, and she is beyond sweet, she listens, and she makes the best decisions regarding your health. The nurses are wonderful as well.

Dr. Lopes has been my primary care doctor since 2014. She is truly amazing and provides exceptional care. I have also seen NP Andi McKenna and she is very thorough. Excellent practice!

I have had Dr. Lopes as my PCP for about 5 years now and she has done nothing but listen to me and support me. From physical health to mental health Dr. Lopes has always had my best interest in mind. This office makes it a point to make time for me and get me in ASAP when I am not feeling well. I also saw NP Andi McKenna the other day because I had to come in unexpectedly and she was amazing. Highly recommend any of the doctors at this office, they will all treat you with sympathy and kindness regardless of what you have going on. I appreciate everyone, from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the doctors, taking care of me from start to finish.

Pcp refused to treat me, diagnosed me with stuff I've never had, made some uncomfortable comments about an assault I've experienced, and was incredibly rude during our last meeting

Too bad Dr. Wax left, she was a great loss. It appears their new NP, Andi ? is not aware of how to read a medical record, and write a non clinical note. Just confirm information, the patient is home all day, as she is not in a program. This is contained in the last three physical notes. The sister needs to stay home, and cannot attend 3 weeks of jury duty. I made an appointment at MGH Salem, NH and an appointment to establish care. Too bad, my sister has received great care at the Lahey and BI this experience was insulting to her and her family who works from home while with her. I would not recommend this practitioner as being a conscientious, caring practitioner. Hope this changes something in their practices. Please no sicky sweet excuses there are none! The practice manager tried and failed.
