Ignored me and overtalked my concerns focusing on something I wasn't even complaining about and using the trivia nature of that to dismiss the issue. Tried to invalidate the necessity for a medication without having any knowledge of prior prescription history. They were outright dismissive to me and my wife's concerns and rushed us out leaving us confused and frustrated. This was completely opposite from my last visit which I really enjoyed and felt helped.
