Agawam Animal Hospital

I am a first time senior dog owner and feeding hills vet has been nothing short of incredible in his care! We mostly see Dr. Saraya Loretta, but others in the practice are great as well. Despite being a busy practice they are consistently prompt responders to my questions. The environment is customer friendly and clean. They gave me no issues sending prescriptions to chewy for my dog and are always transparent about cost when discussing care. They really act like he's one of their own pets! Today, I got a personalized email of our entire visit so I don't have to remember every little thing moving forward. So grateful I found this office.

They're very Friendly but don't ever get back to you. My kittens lab work had been back for a week and they never called. We only found out because we stopped in and saw the paperwork. And he had worms!! They said they don't know why we were never called with results. Then he got a cold and we called to ask if the doctor could help unplug his little nose. They said they'd get right back to us. It's been a week and nothing. Not a good office overall. We switched after 1 visit.

I would like to start off with saying how happy I am with my experience at Agawam animal Hospital. The entire staff was super friendly! They removed a tumor from my dogs eyelid. The staff here did an unbelievable job! Thank you so much Dr. Guntly, Tori, Jenn, Christine, Sarah! S

These guys are awesome! I was trying to bring my cat to Mass Veterinary Services because he was pulling his fur out. 8 months and 4 or 5 visits later, he was just getting worse and worse. They never even ran any real tests on him. I brought him here, they did a rest and found that he had a skin infection, gave me medicine, and within days he stopped pulling his fur out. They fixed in days what the other people couldn't do in 8 months. It's been about 3 weeks and he's almost all the way back to looking normal.

Dr. Guntly saved my cats life! Not only did he treat him with medication to make him better, he cared so well for him! I received multiple calls from the office to ask for Bentley's status as well as personal phone calls from the doctor. Thank you Agawam Animal Hospital for helping my baby!
