Dr Kauser I was gonna choose u for my primary doctor but who ever is working at the front desk is disrespectful, she put me whole for whole 2 hr and when I call u guys back she keep hanging up on me. It's up to u Kauser all up to u ur losing patience cause her
I have been a patient of Dr. Khan for over 25 years and have always received excellent care. Dr. Khan listens when there is a problem, asks the right questions, and is spot on in diagnosis. The office calls to let me know when I am due regular maintenance and is always courteous and professional no matter how busy. I highly recommend this doctor!
I had an appointment scheduled for 2:15pm. I arrived at 2:00pm and informed the front desk I had to leave by 3:00. At 2:59pm they tell me the doctor is still not going to be able to see me. I returned at 3:35pm and I was told that it would still be an hour wait. After rescheduling for another appointment, I was called 5 days before saying the doctor was going to be out of town and they needed to reschedule. The most disorganized, unprofessional, and rude practice. The front desk ladies will hang up on you after keeping you hold on for 20 minutes. Will never recommend, THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE!!
Very unprofessional front desk. Soon as your call is answered it's immediately placed on hold for 10+ minutes. When front desk finally takes you off hold they treat you like you're bothering them. Wait times for the doctor are very long as well. Overall experience was very poor each of the 3x I came here.
The worst doctor clinic I have ever been to!! do not go there. You will end up with no treatment. No referrals. The reception don't do their job. No one is respectful right there. They're terrible they also put you on long hold for no reason.
