Dr Naganna has been an absolutely wonderful doctor to me and several family members over the years. She is the doctor you know will take the time and will actually read through a chart to make sure the medications are correct. She will question the family, the patient, and make sure everyone is working towards the same plan of care. Dr Naganna gave my husband's grandfather at least 4 extra years of life. He was able to see a couple years of his only granddaughter that he had wished for over many years. Dr Naganna is one of the few doctors that continues to take care of her patients like family. The Carroll Heart Center staff is great with making appointments, rescheduling, refilling prescriptions, and explaining nuances with testing and insurance. They are efficient and friendly. Thanks to Dr. Naganna... I am alive today. She came in early from maternity leave just to see me and sent me directly to the hospital for a cardiac cath even though all my other results were saying I did not have an issue... She knew there was something going on. Two days later I had open heart surgery. I wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't for Dr. Naganna!
Dr. Naganna provided excellent care and proper screenings to navigate some health concerns post Covid. Dr.Naganna was very professional and diligent during this time. Her staff was very friendly and helpful when aligning screenings.
