Dr. Terence R. Bertele, MD

Dr. Bertele is an excellent doctor who I really trust for his professionalism, care and respect. However, the waiting time is excessive and it appears that the office does not prioritize patients' time. I waited for one hour beyond my scheduled 3:00 appointment to see the doctor for merely five minutes. Furthermore, some of the front office staff frequently make errors with my appointments. I am extremely frustrated and plan to explore alternative medical care options. LR

Dr. Bertele has saved my life twice. I can't say enough about him. He knows his profession and is truly deeply concerned about his patients. Sure, sometimes there are longer wait times but he is working with patients to ensure proper care. Isn't that what YOU want?.

Some of the most professional friendly and courteous staff I've ever had the pleasure to have take care of me. Dr Terrence Bertel is one of those rare doctors that knows what he's doing and keeps up with current procedures and informative very professional and yet makes time for his patients. I always feel I've come away with more knowledge than what I went in with, it helps me stay a healthier person. When I have appointment at this office I always know I will be well taken care of I'd like thank everybody for that. The staff knows your name and what you there for they're so helpful on answering any questions they can answer. Monica is the person I always interact with when I'm there. She is so knowledgeable about everything and how to get test done quickly and who to talk for follows up and helps you with your medication she is a jewel as is all the staff. I was on time for appointment. Waited about 40 minutes in waiting area, 50 minutes in the exam room waiting for Dr. Poor receptionist had to eat lunch at the window with patients walking up. How unprofessional. Looking at hour and a half after appointment time to even see the Dr. (at least). This is definitely a bad first impression & I won't be back. The Dr. was nice when I finally got to meet him so I will do my follow up with him to get my test results at least.

The staff is great the treat each person as though they are the most important person in the world . Dr. Bertel is always warm and inviting and takes the time to answer any question and keeps you informed of what is going on. His personality puts me at ease and makes me know that he cares about me and my health.
