Dr. Dong was incredibly kind, patient, and explained all my options in a way I could understand. Even though the visit was conducted virtually, he shared his screen and talked me through various procedures with visual aids. When I became emotional, he was supportive and reassuring. He really framed my plan of care in a way that was personal for me and treated me like a human and not just another patient. Highly recommend him for his professionalism, clear education, and calming bedside manner.
