I live in Oklahoma and have a Pacemaker instead of having my Cardiologist who I see constantly get some sort of report on my Pacemaker they send it to this Cardiologist whom is in another state and whom I have never seen before So they try to bill my secondary instead of Medicare (my primary) My secondary will not pay until Medicare pays Lady at front desk had a problem even getting my Medicare number and my name so whomever can bill Medicare first. So basically my secondary is receiving a bill from a Cardiologist whom I have no phone number and address for because I have never set foot in this place and they wonder why Senior Citizens have heart issues.

Dr. Zinsmeister is great. Very patient and thorough. However, the staff you have to deal with in this office is awful. They treat you as though they are in a hurry. You can barely get anyone to answer the phone, often going to a generic avaya voicemail or being hung up on. Each time we've been there, two ladies run the counter and for separate doctors-not able to assist the other. Meanwhile, there is staff behind them chatting away. Ive seen some staff with their own children behind the desk. If my father didn't insist on staying with Dr. Z..I would have changed offices a long time ago due to the disrespect from the women behind the counter.

Dr. Zinsmeister is a wonderful, caring doctor that takes time to review your options for blood pressure care. He also teaches and encourages healthy living so that you can be the best you can be. I'm extremely grateful to have him as my cardiologist.

I've been going to see Dr Zinsmeister for many years now. He is WONDERFUL, as well as is most of his staff (nurses, tests personnel). So I give this part of the office *5 Stars*. However, I am compelled to write this review to complain about one of the people at their front desk. She is rude, curt, has a sarcastic tone, and in general very unfriendly. Today, it was just the last drop with her: this has happened many times before, and it should be corrected. *1 Star* for this person (hence, the 3 Star rating overall).

Professional, courteous, compassionate, and straightforward. I literally oh my life to Dr. Zinsmeister. He detected a coronary artery blockage even though I was jogging 2 miles per day. I was directed to a wonderful medical facility for intervention. It ihas now been 17 years since that experience. I am 76 years old. Thank you Dr. Z.
