This is specifically for Dr. Daisy Lazarus, not the staff working there. They were very professional & treated me with respect. Dr. Lazarus never listened to anything I had to tell her. She said I had sleep apnea & she could tell that from looking at my neck. . She put me on cholesterol medicine, which I specifically told her I could not take any statins, & she had no blood work to backup my cholesterol count. Btw, I do not have high cholesterol. I called about the meds & the reason why they were prescribed & they set up a telemed visit with her the next day at 10:20. I waited for one hour for her, called the office & they said she was with a patient & would call me as soon as she finished. I have yet to hear anything from her. So, I am going to another cardiologist which is not in this group. She really needs to be evaluated as a doctor.

Note to Patient: Not the entire practice. This review is specifically intended for Dr. Daisy Lazarus. She is rude and has no bedside manners. I selected her bc she was a female cardiologist. No 'Good Morning' she berated me for missing a follow-up without asking me the reason. I lost my granddaughter to stillbirth and a birth of a grandson literally within 24-hour period. You would think you she would have displayed some hint of empathy when I reminded her of what I had went through. No change in tone. If she is a mother, you wouldn't know it. Disgraceful physician behavior totally unprofessional! I am trying someone else in this group. But the Group should consider who they associate themselves with bc she is abhorrent!

Today is 5/30/18. I started calling to make an appointment at 1:00 p.m. I was placed on hold for 17 minutes. I hung up and called back and was again placed on hold for 21 minutes! A lady came on the line several times jus long enough to say, "hold". The last time she came on the line I asked, "Please do not put me on hold. I have been waiting for 20 minutes." She responded, "hold for 2 more." It has now been 25:27 minutes. POOR, POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I still don't have an appointment. Do I want to go to this cardiology office? I think not.
