Wonderful experience. Dr Frey and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and care about your concerns.

My dad went there 23 years until he passed 2 years ago..Theresa would always tell him he couldn't get his meds ..until he came in mind you..He was 85 and she'd let him go days without his meds..until id call dr fry..He would make her fix it..well in 2021 i vtech 22 times and..i was going there after having pacemaker defibrillator now..but i need. Cpac n oxygen and not DR FRY HE IS FABULOUS..These women haven dilles out nothing and the orhee places ahowed me they sent it to them..Now they discharged me dor speaking the truth bout them oh well..Dr Fry has no clue the ignorance being done to his patients

I had an appointment with Dr Frey at 1:30 PM today. I waited for 1.5 hours before walking out. His assistant gave me a scowl and said " You're next" Apparently people in MD and Delaware accept interminable waits for Doctor Frey in exchange for the privilege of being able to see him. It is clear to me that his office has no empathy or compassion for long wait times. They may consider the wait well worth the it. I challenge them to post average patient wait times on their website. I'd know it wouldn't take them too long then to justify at least another Doc be added to the practice. That is if patient comfort and satisfaction are important I had great care from Jeff Ehterton prior to his move to Easton. I could easily tell he cared for and about me . I can't say the same for Doctor Frey I had excellent care from Jeff Etherton before he moved to Easton MD. I am going to try to find someone caring like Jeff Etherton.

I chose Dr Frey when my previous cardiologist wouldn't see me after inserting my pacemaker. Dr Frey listened to me and addressed my concerns. Easy to work with and not a dictator.

Horrible. It's bad when the Dr has to cuss at you for a mistake his office made.
