I have been seeing Dr Sofat for over 10 years. Recently my husband had several appointments to prepare for knee replacement surgery and the director Ron went beyond the call of duty to assist with his needs. True example of putting the patient first! Thank you Ron!

Fantastic practice with kind, friendly, selfless and very good doctors. Both Doctors Sofat make their patients' wellbeing a priority and spend the time necessary to go over everything. I came in with a lot of mistrust from my previous cardiologist's lack of care and unpleasant disposition. Both Doctors Sofat restored my trust, made me very comfortable and have stabilized my health and thoroughly reviewed all of my medications. I've been a patient of these two brothers, the cardiologists, for approximately 15 years. Over the years, I have consistently visited their practice and had generally positive experiences. However, my recent interactions with them have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, prompting me to leave this unfavorable review. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, everything seemed to be going well. These doctors had built a good rapport with their patients, myself included. However, things took a significant turn for the worse during and after the pandemic. It appears they decided to bring an assistant into their practice, who subsequently saw me for my last two or three appointments instead of my primary cardiologist. My experience with this assistant was nothing short of unpleasant. She was consistently rude and exhibited an unprofessional attitude throughout our interactions. Her lack of empathy and understanding for my concerns only added to my discomfort. I explicitly expressed my desire not to see her during my visits, politely requesting to speak with my primary doctor instead. When I finally had the opportunity to speak with my primary cardiologist about my concerns, I was met with profound disappointment. Instead of addressing my issues or considering my perspective, he unequivocally supported his assistant's behavior and attitude. This was a complete letdown, as I had expected my longtime doctor to understand my concerns and advocate for my well-being. To make matters worse, I recently received a letter from the practice stating that they no longer wish to continue my care, leaving me with no choice but to find another cardiologist. This abrupt dismissal only solidified my belief that the quality of care and patient relationships have taken a backseat to their bottom line. It is truly disheartening to see how these doctors have changed over the years, especially during a time when patients need understanding and compassion more than ever. It seems as though their focus has shifted from patient care to maximizing their profits. As someone who had consistently given them five-star ratings in the past, I regret to say that this time, they don't even deserve one star. Patients should always be the priority in healthcare, and unfortunately, that principle appears to have been forgotten in this practice.

First and foremost, this review is well overdue! I've been a patient of these two brothers (Dr.Sofats), the cardiologists, for approximately 20 years. I have been receiving excellent services from doctors and their team (all staff). Doctors are patient, caring, skilled, communicative, fun and provide consistent quality services to me. Dr.Sameer Sofat inspired me to follow my healthy lifestyle habits and continue with these habits. Thanks to all!! I have been a patient for several years and I have experienced the best of care from Dr. Sameer Sofat. Dr. Sofat is a thorough, patient and caring doctor. I have seen this practice grow over the years but the level of care remains consistent. I'm glad that my PCP recommended this practice to me.
