I am not sure which specific satellite office I spoke to since this was a virtual appointment scheduled but I am very sad and disappointed in the scheduling department- 2 appointments were cancelled by them. My first appointment was cancelled due to scheduling issues .My second one ( weeks later) was cancelled the day before to the same issue- scheduling issues. Even though I had an email confirmation with time /date written on it.., an office staff member told me that I had the wrong time written down for my appointment I was then assured by her that she would speak to the doctor and get back to me the next day to see if they can put my son in somewhere ( even though we had appointments before) . No call back. Still waiting. I debated whether or not to write this review because I always want to give people the benefit of the doubt. But 2 appointments cancelled, telling me I am wrong on an appt ( when I have an email saying otherwise) and no call back is not acceptable. This is for a cardiology appointment- not for a splinter :(
