It's a 90degF day, and over 80degF in this office! It's dead air inside. So, those who have bad hearts and lungs are just out of luck. No wonder people stroke out in this building!

Not a fan. Mom went in for an echocardiogram. She needed to send her report to both of her primary care doctors. Front desk staff told her she had to ask the tech directly to do it when she went in for the echo. Mom forgot to ask the tech, remembered as soon as she left the back room. She immediately turned around and asked the lady at the door to get the tech for her so she could tell her. The lady at the door, without even trying, simply responded no and that she's with another patient. (How was that even possible, when she had just left the room?) So my mom asked the lady at the door herself to help her. Without hesitation she again said no because she was also with a patient and shut the door on her. AI would do a better job than most of the people we interacted with because it certainly has more brains but also even has more compassion.

DOES NOT FOLLOW ADA I would give a negative star rating if I could. I went for a follow up echocardiogram and took my service dog, who is federally protected under ADA. The tech refused service with him, citing her fear of dogs (ADA specifically addresses that this is not a valid reason to deny service, which I did educate them on). When the manager was involved she sided with the tech over federal law. 40 minutes later and my three options were: have my service dog stay with the manger (a complete stranger and away from me) during the test, do the test with the door cracked and him in the hall (the test that requires you to be topless), or drive all the way to Baltimore for a rescheduled appointment there where he could stay with me. Only proceeded in the only way I could get the test done that day because I have a follow up (not at this office) that requires it in a time frame I couldn't delay the test. Bonus points: had they asked the two legal questions of if I'm disabled and what task(s) he does they would have known that yes, I'm disabled. And my service dogs tasks include cardiac alert and response

The front desk staff, for the most part, is terrible, poorly trained, and rude at best. Some of the front desk personnel are rude and incompetent, while their office manager is just plain rude, and full of lies. When confronted about a mistake that they had made with having me come down to pick up forms and paperwork the front side staff offered lies and later excuses for the mistake. Moreover they made claims that were physically impossible. Like I mentioned only some of them behaved this way. Meanwhile a doctor and medical assistant had already apologized for the mistake. A simple apology would have fixed the issue, instead I was given lies and excuses. If these are the people that are the face of the organization, they could use a face lift. The doctors and the rest of the staff seem to be okay. In conclusion; great doctors, but there's probably tons of great cardiologists in the area. The front desk staff, which a portion is terrible, is something that most people can do without. I suggest you find a front desk staff that is pleasant and competent.

Excellent medical care. Dr. Lieberman is kind, understanding and patient. The reception and clinical staff are polite and responsive to the patient's care. I cannot fathom how someone would give this team a bad review.
