Dr. Mohsin Ijaz, MD

One of the worst office experience, we've ever had. If you are unemployed and can sit around all day waiting for a physical or virtual visit, this is your clinic. -Every employee will give you a different information regarding a patient. -We constantly have to follow up and it's very scary, since this is truly a matter of life or death for my 92 years old father! -As we have no idea what's going on with his health and if anyone is reading his pacemaker results... Very unfortunate and disappointing!

Dr Ijaz seems to be pretty nice but OMG, he has Absolutely the WORST front staff. If you call, there's always long long wait times. When they pick up the phone, there's no greeting, they talk over me and there's no "Bye" or anything. She just hung up on me while I was talking to her. Like seriously, why do I need to come back to you?! There are lots of other Cardiologists to choose from! Stay away.

One of the worst doctors I ever met. Dr. Mohsin Ijaz is rude, unprofessional and completely not interested in his patient. He was taking client in Nova Patient Care in Falls Church, VA. And when the practitioner suggested me to check with him the reasons of my high heart rate and prescribe me medicine, he didn't even bother to read my medical history or listen to me. When I asked to do the blood work or ekg, he just ignored me. The worst experience

This Dr has always been AMAZING to me, been a patient for close top 10 years, but he has by far the WORST office manager ever! IRENE CHAVEZ has no business as an Office Manager in a medical office. I came to the office ready for a test that was requested by the Dr only to have this woman tell me I needed a referral. I am NOT an HMO patient (and I have over 18 years in the medical insurance field) yet she stood firm with me. I explained that I had been a long time patient and never before had a referral, and she made NO attempt to assist me. When I asked could she call my insurance company to verify - she very rudely told me that it was MY job as the patient to know what was required. While I understand this cardiology office draws a lot of elderly people who may be retired, I took an entire day off work for this appt. Incidentally - they scheduled me for a nuclear test and had me fasting only to call me - move my appt to the afternoon, and tell me the fast was not needed. Upon leaving the office and calling my healthcare provider, they assured me I did NOT need a referral and asked that I write a complaint to them as well. Thank God for my amazing Primary Care that that saw me that day, and is now referring mw to a new Cardiology Dr for my future needs.

If I could I would give Dr. Ijaz and All his Staff 10 stars!! His bedside manner is excellent and he takes time with his patient's, never rushes. His staff is always helpful and accommodating. The staff are lovely and nice. I would recommend this doctor to my own family and friends.
