Experienced Excellent Customer Service: I left a voicemail with Ms. Taylor to set an appointment with my doctor. She returned the call and got me in immediately. She was kind and professional while I was a bit headstrong :-)

Rebecca, the practice's operation coordinator is very professional and efficient. She answers very promptly and completes your request immediately. In addition is concerned if there is anything else she can do for you. My experience with the doctor was fine with no complaints.

You won't find a better cardiology experience. It begins with Taylor at the front desk managing all the important details and then Shakira assists with the prelim medical testing before you meet with the amazing Dr Engelhardt. These wonderful folks leave no stone unturned. They are thorough, professional and kind. Just the way you want a medical experience to be. I absolutely wouldn't trust my heart health to anyone else. My husband and son are all patients of this amazing practice. I recommend everyone I know to his office for great care.

Hello Dr. Engelhardt, I just wanted to take a moment to share how grateful my family and I are for the exceptional care you provided my mom and to especially acknowledge how truly amazing your assistant Taylor has been for us during such a difficult time. During my mother's hospital stay, Taylor went above and beyond. She even called us on weekends to offer her assistance, and although we didn't need anything, she still reminded us that she had us in her prayers. That kind of compassion is rare, and it meant so much to us. My mom saw several different doctors, yet not one of their offices ever called to check on her. Taylor made sure we knew that my mom's health and well-being were a priority for you, and we cannot thank you both enough. My mom often talked about you and Taylor. She would say your office was the only place she looked forward to visiting because she knew she'd have a good time laughing and talking with you both. She always described your office atmosphere as warm, welcoming, and pleasant, and we felt the same way. We were also deeply touched by the beautiful sympathy card you and Taylor sent to our family. We have never received such kindness from any of her other doctors, and it truly showed how much you both cared, not only for my mom but for us as her family. Taylor is remarkable, she represents everything healthcare should be. The genuine friendship, patience, and respect she showed my mom made all the difference. Scheduling an appointment for my mom is absolutely impossible. Obtaining records is absolutely impossible. Don't expect to get a hold of anyone on the phone, it's just not happening. The staff however is wonderful when you come to see them in person. The office clearly needs help in the scheduling and phone line area.
