The office staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional and incompetent. They never answer the phone. They never return your calls when you leave voicemails. You're constantly ignored with all communications. Then when you arrive, they don't even check you in properly. I even asked to speak with a manager. It's not worth being a patient there with all the headaches you have to deal with. TRUST ME. Find another doctors office!!!
Dr. Mathews is a very nice cardiologist. His staff is nice too.
I am a patient of Dr. Miller and he is awesome hands down!! I recently saw Dr. Nichols on 10/27/23. The office squeezed me in for a much needed appointment and I must say, the quality of care is unmatched from the physicians and other Healthcare professionals that I have encountered. They are thorough and they listen in an effort to provide me with the best care. Please keep being genuine in your care; the patients really appreciate you for your sincerity and dedication to us. It is very much appreciated! I hope I do not regret giving this review in the future.
