MedStar Health: Primary Care at Honeygo Center

I saw Dr Adhikari for the first time yesterday and I am absolutely overjoyed to have her as my PCP. From the moment I arrived, the staff was so wonderful. Once called back all of the clinical staff were so professional, friendly, listened, and very caring to my needs. I was met with a smile and a very very warm welcome by Dr Adhikari and she spoke with me about all of my medical history, she listened to each of my concerns and started immediately with the best recommendations for my plan of care and next steps. The office was clean and everything was so organized. I highly recommend Honeygo Center for your health concerns and needs, and also highly recommend Dr. Adhikari. Thank you to everyone there!!!!

Providers and medical staff were absolutely terrific! Very accommodating, patient, and genuinely caring. I truly appreciate the attention and support provided during a stressful visit for my son's illness. However, the experience at checkout was disappointing. The scheduler at the front desk was rude and unpleasant. As a parent already stressed and worried, being met with that kind of attitude made the situation feel even more overwhelming. It's disheartening when the first and last interaction in a clinic doesn't reflect the same compassion shown by the medical team. Overall, excellent care from the doctor, but the front desk service needs serious improvement.

Dr Vichare was very thorough and made sure I had tests i needed and recommended a new gynecologist and gastro dr. She also answers messages if there are any questions or concerns. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Adhikari was very attentive and professional. We had a great discussion of my previous and current health issues. The only thing that upset me was that a I had to pay for a wellness visit because I was with a new doctor since my former assigned doctor retired.

I have been coming to this location for about 8 years and was under the care of Dr. Michaelle. Then I was transferred to another doctor. I called to make an appointment and found the doctor had cancelled my appointment. I was glad I made the appointment to be seen for that day. I like it here. HoneyGo has a good atmosphere about it. Lovely staff and I won't be changing unless I move further away.
