MedStar made an OUTSTANDING first impression! The attentiveness and the care were excellent!!!! The nursing assistant or doctor assistant were great - Dr. Uppal and Olivia MADE MY DAY!! Also, Dr. Uppal is super, super detailed - never had a doctor to ask me the questions that she asked me about my health. I am still intoxicated from my first visit with MedStar-Oxon Hill.
Customer Service in health care died during COVID for obvious reasons. The entire staff in this office are warm and welcoming. The triage nurse doesn't act annoyed or bothered at all. Very patient and so was Dr. Vandtham. The check out clerk was super funny and I love how the staff address you by name consistently. The systems use for your records are state of the art and my bloodwork came back next day with details Of my results.
This was my first visit with Dr. Sharma and her staff. I am truly excited to have a Doctor who takes time to ask lots of questions and not rush the visit. Much appreciated my interaction with everyone.
