Dr. Ghazala S. Shah, MD

This doctors office is absolutely RIDICULOUS, absolutely money hungry and cares more about their patients ability to pay rather then their actual health! I was told I was unable to schedule any appointment whether a sick or annual visit due to me having a balance on my account of $23, which is absolutely disgusting to deny someone healthcare over an amount so small. I was more then willing to pay when I came in for my visit, but was told I had to pay by phone before I could even be scheduled. There has been several times when patients are waiting to be seen for over an hour after their scheduled time, yet they charge you 30 cents per page for your medical records, and late fees if you are even a min late for your appointment, with little to no understanding. The provider Dr. Shah, that I was seeing is actually great, but the protocols this office has in place and their front office staff need serious improvement!

During the last 6 months I have tried to contact Dr. SHAH to get an appointment for my Mother who has Black Stools and that's a red flag but I can only leave a message and no one responds to the request. Mr. Dax Adams

The staff in the office need training and the office Manager needs training aldo. Dr shah is great but her staff needs training. If you notice its a high turn over of staff.

Outstanding physican. She is great. I would highly reccommend this doctor to my family and friends. She sent me to a great Cardiologist and helped me with all my chest pain and breathing issues.
