I use mercy overlea/ lutherville for my doctors. Dr. Brinker and dr. Kuhn have always given excellent care and carefully explain everything. Dr.slabaugh was also nice to deal with. However I have visited dr. Huslig twice and I have to say, I have left both times very frustrated. My first appointment lasted all of 5 minutes and I had never met the guy and had recently received life changing medical diagnosis. Yesterday was a follow-up from recent e.r visit and he had no interest in doing anything that the e r or other Dr's recommended. And again my appointment lasted maybe 10 minutes. He is not overly friendly and I certainly do not get the warm caring fuzzy feeling from him. Vee at the front desk for vascular was very friendly and helpful.

Imaging Center. I went in for a mammogram last week and was notified yesterday on MyChart that I had to come back for a follow-up diagnostic imaging of my right breast. I called to make an appointment for my diagnostic ultrasound this morning and was told that the technician who handled those appointments was with a patient and would call me back. I called again 3 hours later after not hearing back from anyone. They told me the same thing. Someone would call me back. I finally called Johns Hopkins at Greenspring Station where I have been getting all my mammograms since 2017. I only went to Mercy Imaging at Lutherville because my GYN at Mercy at Hunt Valley had recommend Mercy Imaging at Lutherville. I was able to schedule my diagnostic follow up at Greenspring for a week from Monday. I'm really regretting having gone to Mercy at Lutherville for my mammogram. My call back phone call from Mercy at Lutherville came at 4:30 PM, about 7 hours after my original phone call. Why does Mercy at Lutherville have only ONE PERSON responsible for scheduling problematic mammogram follow ups? We patients are already stressed after being told that there is a possible problem with our mammograms. Why would you have us wait 7 hours just to schedule a return follow-up? I'm really sorry that I left JHH at Greenspring Station for this location. I never had a problems at JHH at Greenspring with prior mammograms. You also don't have to wait so long to schedule an appointment.

Dr Akkad and Colleen are amazing. As a disabled veteran, I will use Mercy 100 times out of 100 over the VA. They are personable, professional and attentive. With the VA, unfortunately, I have never felt heard nor properly cared for.

Unfortunately, I had an appointment with one of their doctors. I could not recommend them. The physician assistant who saw me dismissed everything I had asked for flue shot, unfortunately, she told me she didn't have time for a little flu shot. Hence, she booked me for two months out for the next appointment which I think is ridiculous it's a little flu shot you could've gave it to me, but instead she chose to be lazy and dismisses all of my concerns. I called their office today and made my complaint. They said a manager would've gone back to me, but unfortunately, nobody has gotten back to me and as of today I will be contacting the medicalBoard on regards of that physician She unfortunately, provided me with the incompetent care that was in no way or form acceptable I'm a person of color and the doctor was white. I feel like I was targeted based on my race. I feel like none of my concerns were taken seriously and unfortunately, the doctor wasted my time by making me take off a whole day just to not get any of my concerns covered or even treated If you're a person of color, stay away from this practice. You will only be provided with incompetent service and they will tell you to come back in two months for your next appointment
