I've been a patient of Dr. Tawils for about 15 years.lthrough Medstar. I was so disappointed when he moved to Mercy Primary Care physicians but I followed him there and was so happy I did. The Lutherville office is beautiful and so well organized. If I need blood work, an x-ray, an MRI, get my mammogram done, I basically don't have to run all over the place to get each individual test done. I can get it all taken care of in one place. And I love it. I followed Dr. Tawil and I can still see him as my PCP And get any kind of medical test that I need done right there at the office. This place is huge. I'm so glad I switched.

Dr. Tawil has been my doctor for over 13 years, beginning at his previous practice. Absolutely the best. When I have a heath issue, he doesn't jump to a cookie-cutter solution. He listens to my questions, educates me, and gives me options instead of directives. We are equal partners in my health care and he seems to appreciate that I take an active role in my own health. I never feel rushed and I always get the information I need to make an informed choice. As for the Mercy Lutherville practice overall, the front-of-house staff is fine. Check-in is usually easy, if not super customer service focused (good luck getting eye contact or being addressed by name). On the other hand, Dr. Tawil's right-hand-person, Jessica, is as great at her job as Dr. Tawil is at his. Super friendly, super efficient, no admin question she doesn't have an answer to. She'd get five stars on her own if I could rate her separately. One other bonus is Mercy Medical's online patient portal. I really love it for communicating with Dr. Tawil, getting lab results, and accessing my medical records.

I switched to Dr. Tawil when my prior doctor left the practice I was going to. I was very apprehensive since I had what I thought was the best possible patient -doctor relationship. Dr. Tawil exceeded my prior best and I could not feel more secure and truly cared for as I do with him. He listens intensely, educates where needed, his thorough and makes you feel like he will spend as much time needed and not rush the visit. Surprisedly, despite his doing this, I have never had to wait much beyond my scheduled time. The office staff are most welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The phlebotomist has exception skills and makes my regular blood draws painless. I highly recommend Dr Tawil to friends and family and having years of experience with primary health care providers would rank him as the best. Extremely professional, and not afraid to address, sensitive issue, treating the whole persons wellness.

I am not a fan of Doctors. I've been seeing Dr Tawil the last 3 years and he's fantastic. Easy to talk to and is very responsive when I have medical questions. I highly recommend him as a primary care provider.

A very good doctor who listens to you and cares about his patients he been my primary doctor for 15 years and you can't go wrong with him.
