The officed moved and when they scheduled the appointment they did not notify me that they had moved . I got to the old location at the time of my appointment and called and told them and they stated they could still see me took me a few minutes to get there because I got lost. Once I fill out my paperwork they tell me they won't be able to see me because of the grace period which I understand but my lateness was 15 minutes. If they notify their clients they had moved bc the website still has same address then it would help. Poor customer service. I really needed to see my pcp today but I will be looking for someone else in another practice
