The doctor's are good.. Be careful of the billing department and they are the worst to deal with and I thinking of changing doctor because of the billing.. I have been a patient for long time and this billing doesn't work with... I was going to my doctor's and paying my co- pay and no one advised me that a balance was occurring until it got to $300.00 I didn't receive any statement's at all... going back months I go to the doctor office and they informed me of outstanding balance and I asked them why wasn't i informed about it before the balance be so high... I then started paying $50.00 every month and I have asked several times for a statement showing my payments and how are they being applied to my balance this has been going on over 6 months now as of today still haven't received it... I Just get a statement with the charges and what my insurance has paid... NOTHING SHOWING MY PAYMENTS EVERY MONTH I HAVE SPOKEN WITH OFFICE MANAGER AND THE PERSON IN BILLING NOTHING STILL... If I don't pay they will turn me over to collections WHO CAN I REPORT THEM TO SINCE THEY WON'T provide me the statements showing my payments... they now will call me the day before my office to talk about a balance and that's incorrect.. im tired of being harassed by them but can't supply the paperwork to back up these payments... I have proof of all the payments they have received... THE WORST BILLING OFFICE EVER... Be careful and stay on top of your charges.

I had an excellent experience at Capitol Cardiology Associates. From the moment I walked into the suite everyone was friendly and courteous. When I was taken in the back the Medical Assistant was very professional and made me feel comfortable. My Cardiologist, Dr. Venugopal, had an excellent bedside manner and reassured me that all was okay. The checkout receptionist was very helpful as well. She made sure I had all the documents I needed and provided a copy to my primary care physician. Well done guys!
