Dr. Jay I. Stern, MD

First let me say that I've been a patient with Dr. Lily and associates for about 35 years and this will be my last visit with the office because of Dr. Stern all what I read is so true he is unprofessional condescending and overall a bad doctor. My previous PCP has left to practice and I wanted to stay with the practice and was told that he were he will be okay. As like the other two reviews Stated about him it is so true I was so upset because of a simple form he needed to fill out he wanted me to get an EKG bloodwork and come back and if that didn't work out he was not going to complete my form he told me to have a good day and close the door in front of my face very very unprofessional I will report him to Maryland commissioner speak with United Health Care and I will find me another PCP because he is not the only game in town good luck with anybody who wants to be a part of his abuse but I will not stand for this happened to me in my family

I myself had a bad experience with him today, I had to go in for some pre-op testing today and I had blood work done and I had to get an EKG, and leave urine after I did all that the nurse told me to sit back in the waiting room for a few minutes, after waiting an hour my ride called me and said she had to leave in a half hour because she also had an appointment she couldn't miss, so I told them that I will have to leave in about 30 minutes and can they please see what else needs to be done today and how long it will be before Dr. Stern can see me? and after 10 more minutes, I tried again, I asked them if they could please let Dr. Stern know that I will have to be leaving in about 20 minutes, what is going on and why is it taking so long, well I tried this over and over with no success until my ride was gonna leave me and I couldn't wait any longer. when I was leaving I asked them if they could please have Dr. Stern call me when he isn't too busy. when I got home I called them, and they said because I left they are going to throw all my blood work and tests in the trash and that Dr. Stern won't ever see me again! again well hell he never saw me to begin with! and they did exactly that! they threw all my tests and blood work in the trash, and I'm not even gonna get into how rude the supervisor Loren was to me. I will be reporting them to the American Medical Association, and trust me I'm not the only one that has had problems with Dr. Jay Stern at (J Richard Lilly and Associates), in my whole life I have never dealt with a doctor that is as rude and unprofessional as Dr. Stern and his Supervisor.
